I have not done this diet yet – but i’m excited to start!!!!!!! – but one week I just stopped eating processed foods just for that week and I lost 5 pounds. I can’t wait to see how much I lose on this.
I didnt think i used that much sweetner then one day I counted – two in my coffee in the morning, then at least two diet sodas, then “sugar free” treats with lunch and for dessert. I had no idea. I quit cold turkey the day after that. I know thats not for everyone but I just decided I didn’t want it. And black coffee isnt that bad, who knew.
@Jane yeah no matter how safe they say the new ones are it’s like, how safe can it really be. best to eat natural foods anyway. congrats on quitting. I let myself sneak some once in a while but generally I try to stay away.

Yeah. I remember first learning about fruit and vegetables and thinking. I hate these. And then I really learned how to cook raw…that was my step before juice.
Raw food diets are great to transition from Normal Food to Juice diets.
