Navigating The Sea Of Calorie Counting
Mathematically speaking, losing weight is based on a very simple premise. You need to burn more calories that you consume. For this reason, knowing how many calories you are consuming and burning on any given day is very important. Plus, tracking helps keep you…on track!
Keeping on with our math theme, in order to lose weight, you need to create a calorie deficit of 3,500 calories to lose one pound of fat. All diets do this in one of two ways. One way is to cut way back on calories. That is, asking you to go from consuming 2,000 to consuming 1,000 calories a day. Another is by exercise. That is, asking you to still consume 2,000 but burn 500 - 1,000 calories per day through exercise. We combine methods and ask you to aim for the lower end of your calories zone, say from 2,000 to 1,750, but also burn calories. This makes it much easier to achieve your dream body because you are cutting back, but not unrealistically so.
You should consume an amount of calories each day within a given range for your gender and weight. Consume too many, and you'll start to pack on the pounds. Consume too few and, strange as it sounds, your body will go into starvation mode, which can actually hinder your weight loss efforts.
The calories calculator will show you how many daily calories you should consume. In general, males ages 19-50 should consume about 2,250 calories per day while females 19-50 should consume around 1,940. We ask you to strive to hit the lower end of your range for maximum results! And it works. One of our practitioners, Ben from Miami, said he started simultaneously slashing 100 calories from his daily food intake and exercising more to burn an extra 200 calories per day and he starting seeing the pounds fall off. Who knew math was so fun!
Note: Unlike calories from food, where many of them get lost in the digestion process or rejected by the body. Fresh juice calories immediately being transformed into your system, so if you are used to eating 2,000 calories and actually digesting 1,200 - 1,400. with juice you will not need the extra 600-800 calories your body reject, you can simply aim lower in your zone.

Wow, I never knew that going up and down in calories is helpful – I’ve always tried to keep mine as low as possible. Maybe that’s why I never could keep weight off before 999…
I’m super embarrassed to ask this, but I heard that semen has a certain number of calories. Is that like…going to slow down my metabolism, or conflict with my 999Diet?
You don’t have to swallow, ya know?
LOL!
It has a lot of protein though too!
I wouldn’t worry about it.
Does anyone have a non-sex question for this one? How about I’m really dying for a slice of pizza but I’m sticking to the juice diet, and I’ve lost 37 pounds in like 3 months.
Congrats Phil Y!
I wish I didn’t have a desk job, I’d get to eat more!
LOL! Me too!
