It’s important not to shock your body into the 999 Diet program, so we’re going to ease you in and out of the process to ensure a smooth transition when cleaning out your body to avoid any troublesome side effects. The process, as always, is simple as per the 999 Diet’s philosophy. Slowly substituting your nutrition sources with those that align with the one we use will help you get better, more consistent results. It is recommended that you do a three day ease in period and a three day ease out transition. Here is how it works.

Day I
Cut out any meat, dairy, and caffeine from your diet. Increase the amount of fresh vegetables and fruits you eat. It’s okay to eat non-fried fish and sea food.

Keep drinking juice throughout the day with a lot of water. Add fruits or raw avocado as needed. |
|||

Day II
Focus on eating salads, steamed vegetables, and brown rice. |
Day II
Integrate raw vegetables into your diet such as celery, spinach, cauliflower, and broccoli. Adding small portions of brown rice is also acceptable.

Day III
Eat raw vegetables such as celery, cucumber, and avocado with lemon juice. Add fresh orange juice as well. |

Consume salads, fruits, vegetables, and rice. Feel free to add more starchy foods such as potatoes or corn. |

Like its note enuf to do the cleanse you have to do this stuff too??! worth it?
Trust me from experience, it is worth it to ease in ease out. My first cleanse I didn’t and it was a shock to my system we’ll just leave it at that. Not only is it easier to ease in and out but you’ll feel so much better. Personally, i wanted to keep eating “clean” after I was done. Just my expeirenece though.
r all those fruits and vegetables $$$$$?
@Ben in a way yes, fresh produce is always going to be more expensive than fast food and stuff like that, bu you have to look at it as an investment in your health. I’ve lost 91 pounds doing this and I look at it like look at all the medical bills I wont have to pay now. I try and buy stuff on sale when I can. Look for coupons.
also try farmer’s markets or stuff like that. and since you’re using so much, you can buy in bulk, which is less expensive. Good luck!
